Terms & Conditions
This Super IPL Hair removal package is for six sessions only
This package to be used within 12 months of purchase
 
By purchasing this package, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Consultation & Patch Test
 
All clients must attend a consultation and patch test before commencing treatment.
Please do not purchase or book this package unless you have already arranged an appointment with the studio.

Payments & Refunds
 
All payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Payment can be made by:
Cash in the studio
PayPal
PayPal Credit (subject to eligibility and terms, including interest-free payment plans where available)
 
Appointment Changes & Cancellations
 
A minimum of 72 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Notice must be provided by email or in person.
Appointments may only be rescheduled once.
If sufficient notice is given, your session will be transferred to your new appointment date without penalty.
Failure to provide at least 72 hours' notice will result in the loss of your deposit or booked session.
 
Missed Appointments & No-Shows
 
If you fail to attend your appointment without notice, a £30 cancellation fee will apply, or the missed session will be deducted from your treatment package.
Cancellation fees must be paid within 48 hours via PayPal or bank transfer.
Failure to pay the cancellation fee within 48 hours may result in the cancellation and forfeiture of the missed session.
 
Medical Information
 
Clients must disclose all medications, supplements, and medical conditions before treatment.
If you attend an appointment having taken medication that makes laser treatment unsuitable and have not informed us in advance, a £30 cancellation fee will apply, and the session may be deducted from your package.
Preparation for Treatment
The treatment area must be fully shaved on the morning of your appointment.
If you attend your appointment without shaving the treatment area, your session will be cancelled, and a cancellation fee will apply.
Please note only shaving is allowed. You cannot wax, plucking, or use any hair removal creams while having treatment. 
 
Sun Exposure & Fake Tan
 
The use of sunbeds is strictly prohibited during your course of tattoo laser removal treatment.
Fake tan must not be applied to the treatment area at any time during treatment.
If we believe sunbeds or fake tan have been used, the session will be cancelled, and a £30 cancellation fee will apply.
 
Holidays & Sun Exposure
 
Laser treatments cannot be performed:
Within 30 days before a sun holiday.
Within 30 days after a sun holiday.
This policy is in place to reduce the risk of adverse skin reactions and pigmentation changes.
 
Pregnancy
 
If you become pregnant during your treatment course, your remaining sessions will be placed on hold for up to 2 years from the date of notification.
Payments remain non-refundable.
Treatment may resume once it is considered safe to do so following pregnancy and breastfeeding, subject to consultation.
 
Studio Rights
 
We reserve the right to refuse or postpone treatment if we believe it is unsafe to proceed, including but not limited to recent sun exposure, use of contraindicated medications, pregnancy, or failure to follow pre-treatment instructions.
