Yes we are licensed and insured and fully qualified. Certificates are displayed in our shop

Do you sell all the aftercare products I’ll need?

Yes we strongly recommend you buy the products we recommend. If you use other products for aftercare we cannot guarantee the side affects which other products can cause and will not be liable for the healing process. Does laser treatment hurt?

Every body has different pain levels but most people compare it to being flicked by an elastic band

How often are laser treatments carried out?

Our recommendation is to schedule in 6 week intervals. Your body needs time to break down the tattoo ink pigments after each laser treatment. This is a slow process as your body does all the hard work after each session

How long does each session take?

The sessions will take on average 5 - 30 minutes. Longer sessions can cause trauma on the skin. We recommend multiple sessions for large tattoos. Theses sessions will need to be 6-8 weeks apart, sometimes longer depending on how your skin reacts to treatment. Tattoo laser removal is a long process and we will not book sessions less than six weeks apart. We need to leave time for the ink to break down and for your body is dispose of it.

Does laser treatment cause scarring?

Although there is a risk of scarring with any laser, in most cases, scarring is not a significant risk to tattoo removal with the system we use which is the ND YAG Laser. Tattoo removal has become associated with scarring because the first ever laser used for tattoo removal were very aggressive and carried a very high risk of scarring. The ND YAG laser that we use does not heat the surrounding skin significantly and the risk of scarring is much reduced. The risk of scarring is mainly associated with a genetic pre-disposition to forming scar tissue. To reduce the risk, we carry out an extensive medical evaluation to identify high risk clients.

What will my skin look like after each session?

After each session your skin will most likely be red and feel like it has mild sunburn. There may also be some bruising. After a couple of days you will notice small scabs on the area. This is all completely normal. After each treatment you will be given detailed instructions on how to care for your treated area. Any questions or concerns please contact us straight away

Why is there a consultation fee and what does that include?

When you book for a consultation we will require a £20 non refundable payment. This payment includes a consultation of the area, assessment, medical registration forms and patch test (if required)
Taking a consultation fee gives us security and gives us more assurance a client is serious about having the treatment.
